Recorvery after training

Regardless of whether you’re an experienced CrossFitter or a beginner, you know what those first few weeks felt like. You hurt! Experienced CrossFit athletes will tell you that in time you adapt to the rigor, but perhaps the more pertinent question is this: How do you know when you’ve optimized your recovery between WODs? The answer is: You don’t.


Mobilise, mobilise, mobilise

 In the past, coaches and trainers would simply instruct their clients on how to “stretch”, focusing on increasing flexibility by lengthening muscles that might be short and tight. Today, especially in the CrossFit community, we hear the term “mobilization” used in conjunction with or even in place of the word “stretching”.
