Chris was an Army Fitness Instructor for over ten years before getting his diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy. He then worked for Granada followed by the BBC as a Personal Trainer. Chris also served in Iraq. On his return he worked as an Instructor for British Military Fitness as well as a Police Officer for which he still serves.
Chris has several fitness instructor certificates and teaches Insanity, Core De Force and BoxFit classes. Chris is also a Youth Exercise Specialist.
If you are after a mix of Boxing, Military Bootcamp, Kettlebelts, HIT training and general strength and conditioning - Chris will be your man! No matter what your current level is Chris will help you achieve your goal.
Melissa Attended Bournemouth University in 2006 and gained a BSc Hons degree in Exercise Science (Health and Rehabilitation) which lead onto being assistant physiotherapist at crystal palace football and athletics club. In 2014 she qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Sports Massage.
She has a passion for Health and Fitness and can tailor any programme or needs to everyone regardless of athletic ability or injuries.
Having started CrossFit, herself in 2013 she has a solid understanding for the strength and mobility needs required to better yourself in any workout.
Other qualifications include Les Mils Grit Instructor, Exercise Referral Specialist Rocktape Mobility Coach & Taping Specialist and Aqua Aerobics Instructor
If you look to start working out after an injury or if you like to work on your general Strength and Conditioning with focus on movement and achieving your goals Melissa will be your coach! She has many clients who travel miles to join her sessions who she helped transfer their lives.
Agnes Started coaching in 1999 and started CrossFit in 2013 after having done almost any other fitness program you can find. In her childhood up to young adult age she has been very active in gymnastics and show-dancing. Being a mum of 3 she has the passion to coach CrossFit to children at a young age to teach them a healthy lifestyle and give them a long lasting love for fitness.
Qualifications: CrossFit level 1 and 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Endurance, British Weigh Lifting lvl 1 and Aerobics instructor.
Whether you like to develop olympic lifting or are a complete beginner to fitness. Agnes will help any person at any level to develop to the next level. She will help you reach fitness levels you never thought you would be able to achieve.
